Return Policy - Farvey

At Farvey, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return an item, we offer free returns within 30 days of delivery.

1. General Return Conditions

  • Return Period: Up to 30 days from delivery.
  • Cost: Returns are completely free.
  • Product Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Exceptions: Returns are not accepted for personalized or custom-made products, unless they have defects.

2. How to Request a Return

Step 1: Contact Us

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via:

Please provide us with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return (optional, but helps us improve)

3. Package the Items for Return

It's important that the products:

  • Retain their original packaging and are well-protected.
  • If the original packaging is unavailable, you may use another with similar characteristics.

4. Return Number

Once the return is confirmed, you will receive a 6-digit return number. You must print or write this number on a piece of paper and affix it to the product box being returned, ensuring it is clearly visible on the outside of the package.

5. Product Collection

  • Shipping Company: SEUR will contact you within 48 business hours by email to coordinate the collection at your home or the address you provided.
  • If the proposed day is not convenient, you can reschedule the collection via the link in the SEUR email. Click on "Manage my shipment" and log in as a guest with your phone number and postal code.

In some cases, it may be necessary for you to take the package to a collection point. We will inform you if this option applies to your return.

6. Refund

Once we receive your return at our warehouse and it passes quality control:

  • We will automatically process your refund within 7-10 business days using the same payment method you used.
  • You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been issued.

7. Return of Bulky Items

For large and bulky products delivered by the specialized transport agency Tamdis, we arrange free collections.

To request a return:

  • Contact us, and we will process the collection.
  • The same company that performed the delivery will call you in the following days to coordinate the collection date and time slot.
  • They will handle the packaging and removal, so you do not need to handle the item.
  • Once the product arrives at our warehouse and passes quality control, we will issue an automatic refund.

8. Exceptions

The described return policy does not apply to:

  • Gift cards
  • Food, plants, and trees
