Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT+2) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

Shipping & Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time is between 4 to 10 business days, with transit time of 4 to 9 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.

Shipping Cost

The shipping cost is a flat rate of €6.90 (VAT included), regardless of the number of items ordered. This amount will be clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email, just like any standard Shopify-based store. You can use this link to track your order status in real time.

Returns Policy

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a free return within 30 calendar days from the date you received your order. Our goal is to offer a transparent, helpful, and hassle-free return process.

General Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Products must be complete, undamaged, and in unused condition, with wear limited to what would reasonably occur when trying the item in a physical store.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, including tags, sleeves, boxes, or any other parts of the product presentation.
  • Items that have been washed, used, or modified will not be accepted for return.

How to Request a Return

To begin the return process, please email us at info@farvey.es or call +34 936 07 56 14, and include your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide you with a shipping label and step-by-step instructions—at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund using the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days after the return arrives at our warehouse for the refund to be completed.

Orders Paid with Gift Cards or Discount Codes

  • If you used a gift card, the refunded amount will be issued as store credit for future purchases at Ibara.
  • Promotional discount codes are non-refundable and cannot be reactivated.

Legal Guarantee

This voluntary return policy does not affect your legal warranty rights. In the event of defective products or shipping errors, you may exercise your rights under current Spanish consumer protection laws. In such cases, we will cover all related costs.
