My account

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter in two ways:

  • From your account:
    • Log in to your Ibara account.
    • Go to "Newsletter Preferences" under "Account Settings."
    • Toggle off the subscription option and save changes.
  • From any newsletter email:
    • Scroll to the bottom of any email from us.
    • Click on "Unsubscribe", and your email will be removed from our mailing list.

If you experience any issues, contact us at info@ibara.es, and we’ll assist you.

Go to the login page and click on "Forgot password?". Enter your registered email, and we will send you a password reset link.
Login to your account and go to the Orders section. Click on the order to see its status and tracking details. If you checked out as a guest, you can track your order using the tracking link sent to your email.

Log in to your account and go to "Account Settings." Here, you can update your personal information, email, and password.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also log in to your account and visit the "Orders" section to track your shipment.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to Spain mainland and Balearic Islands. Due to logistical and custom reasons we do not ship to Canarian Islands.

We offer a flat rate shipping cost of €6.90, regardless of the number of products in the cart and the number of partial deliveries required. In addition to shipping costs, there is an additional charge for bulky items. This depends on the volume of the product and the type of delivery you choose. If you add bulky items to your order that can be delivered by a single specialized person, your order will incur an additional charge of €10. If you add bulky items to your order that must be delivered by at least two people, your order will incur an additional charge of €35. These additional charges are only payable once per order, regardless of the number of bulky items included. In case of shipping costs from returns, these are free with 30 days of item delivery.

Since we offer a wide range of products in our catalog, most orders are delivered within just a few days between 4-10 working days.

However, some items are ordered directly from the manufacturer once a purchase is made, which may extend the delivery time to several weeks.

The estimated delivery time is displayed on each product page.

You can find more information on how to track your order and what to do if you are unable to receive it through the corresponding link. In some cases, our suppliers ship orders directly to the customer, while in others, products arrive at our facilities first, where they are inspected, repackaged, and then shipped.

Once your order is placed, you can check the estimated delivery time in your order summary. Please note that product availability and shipping times may vary by country due to differences in storage capacity.

Returns & Refunds

    Voluntary return policy at Farvey
      In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, Ibara offers a voluntary return policy of 30 days from receipt of the goods. This allows you to cancel the contract easily and directly, even after the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.
    Conditions
      Merchandise may only be tried on as it would be in a store. Products must be returned complete, undamaged, and in their original retail packaging.
    Legal warranty rights
      The voluntary return policy does not limit your statutory warranty rights; they remain fully valid.
At Farvey, you have the option to return large and bulky items free of charge within the 30-day return period.
